Shipping

We aim to ensure orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement. Shipping times may vary from 5 - 15 business days. 

Returns and Refunds

  • A return and subsequent refund may be organised within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • For reasons other than visible damage upon delivery, the product should be in adequate condition to ensure a full refund.

  • To secure a refund, fill out the contact form below with your order number, reason for return (listed below), proof of purchase and any evidence (of damage etc.).
